Optimism vs. Prediction

So the hope here in our household is that 'lil Adrian will make his appearance on Friday (October 2nd) of this week. We've decided that at my appointment on Thursday, which isn't until the early afternoon, that it would be too late in the day for them to even think about keeping me. Unless, of course, I was actually in labor! (Please Lord!!) So the hope/prayer is that Dr. Meldrum will say to come in for inducement on Friday morning. I, while hopeful, am not counting on it, but Casandra insists that this is what is going to happen. Her original prediction all along was that I would deliver on October 2nd. So I guess we'll see what happens! I will make sure you are all posted and kept up-to-date:) Casandra is in charge of making sure my announcements get sent out asap after 'lil man is born. I'll hopefully post something on Thursday evening about our 38 week appointment!
