London and the Tow Truck...

Thought I'd post a few photos from our excursion to the Tower of London yesterday.  It was quite an adventurous day as you might have guessed from the title..

Watch out!

Daddy helping Will walk through the Tower. We stopped in for some lunch inside since it was raining outside.
Say cheese!

After this our camera died so we didn't get a great deal of photos.  We ended up leaving the Tower after about 2-3 hours of walking around.  I have to admit that my legs were a bit tired.  After we rested on a bench in front of the River Thames we decided to walk over the Tower Bridge.  To make a long story short it was a good thing we got out of London when we did because our car ended up breaking down on the way home.  We pulled off on a "layby" and the car proceeded to smoke.  After a few minutes of silent freaking out because we were about 40 minutes from home, Tom contacted roadside assistance and I contacted our neighbor to pick us up.  Luckily it wasn't too late in the day otherwise we would've probably stayed overnight somewhere.  Bottom line is the God heard our cry for help and really took care of us.  We feel very fortunate and happy to be home safe:)

By the way, our ultrasound is next week Wednesday.  We're hoping to find out the sex of the baby, but we're not counting on it as "they" don't see it as a priority.  Having said that, I'd be open to hearing some last minute predictions of what any of you may think we are having...boy or girl?  I've been writing them down on a calendar and will add them to the baby's book once we get one.  You can also add the date, time, and weight you if you wish.  Thanks for playing along:)

Love you all and can't wait to see many of you NEXT MONTH when we are home!
