Update

Tom and I have were feeling really homesick yesterday.  He even started looking at airplane tickets.  I think right now we are tentatively planning on coming home to visit in July for a couple of weeks.  We just really miss our friends and family and the lakes area strangely enough.  (Tom always said how much he wanted to get out of there.)  We'll keep you posted as things progress along that front.

And....for those of you who maybe did not look at William's little book/video or who may still be in disbelief.  Yes, we are pregnant.  It was a rather large shocker and one that I was not immediately happy with, but I know that God has a plan for this child.  Tom was excited right away, but it took me a little bit to change my whole way of thinking about the situation...  I know that may seem rather cold.  This is just going to make things a bit more interesting for the rest of the year.  I believe that our due date will be October 23rd although we have not gone to the doctor yet.  We're only 5 weeks along.

So we woke up this morning and the heat in our house was gone.  We think our boiler went out. Our house is heated by radiators so when there's no hot water there's no heat either.  No hot water=no hot shower.  Let's just say that Tom's shower this morning was a little bit cold.  I'm waiting for maintenance to get here to fix it because I have quite a bit of laundry and dishes to do before Beth and Elise get here this afternoon.

Tom stopped over by TMO...I think it stands for Travel Mgmt. Office...and it sounds like our things won't be getting here until the end of March unfortunately.

Things are looking up though!  We met our neighbors on the other side finally this week, well Tom did anyway, and they invited us to their church.  It's a baptist church comprised of mainly AF members so that'll be nice.  It's off base, but is close by.  We plan to go for the first time this weekend.  Plus they are looking for musical people...woot woot!  I'm really excited about getting involved and getting back in church since it's been a while.

Also William is doing better.  We did take him to the hospital this week just as a precaution.  His coughing sounded really deep and we wanted to make sure he didn't get any sicker.  They didn't give us any medications for him although he did have a bit of an ear infection.  They just said to give motrin/tylenol for pain.
